G+MC’s Project Management Team coordinated the deliverables of the steel, door, and cladding suppliers with the delivery of the glass for ease of installation and workflow. Our Fulcrum Architectural Design Assist Division drew on our OSTIUM Pre-Engineered Glass Vestibules and Entrance Systems technology to quickly and cost-effectively engineer and provide stamped drawings for all the steel frames for the entrances, all attachments of the glass to the frames, and all attachments to the concrete – variations of 15 different vestibule designs. The Skydeck was opened in 1974 and attracts more than 1.7 million visitors annually. And, equally important, to lead the engineering and provide project management of this substantial effort.
